Now accepting reservations by phone, this special course includes 3 hours of all-you-can-drink and allows you to enjoy the flavors of autumn and luxurious ingredients.Starting with MOKU's special duck prosciutto and foie gras salad, the meal is followed by a platter of five kinds of smoked meats, homemade raw bacon, and vegetable cured batour.The main course is a slow-cooked craft stew of beef belly and a rich Bolognese made with Japanese Black beef.To finish off the meal, we will serve a special banana pound cake.This luxurious dinner course is perfect for the long autumn nights.
