This course allows you to enjoy thick-sliced Saga beef roast beef cooked on our proud iron plate.MOKU's special roast beef is deliciously tender, falling apart even when cut thickly.The five-item charcuterie platter includes white liver pâté, pâté de campagne, and of course, homemade fresh bacon.This assortment goes well with alcoholic drinks such as wine and highballs.Seasonal French salads and a platter of three kinds of smoked meats are also available.
